    The target is a standard plate equivalent to 150 grams of uncooked meat. Missing product or weight detail is labelled, not guessed.

    The calculation needs 12 core fields: city, countryCode, price.amount, price.currency, meatGrams, kebabType, portionType, observedAt, sourceId, confidence, localWageSeries, fxRate. Unknown values remain null.
